Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop

Welcome to our Hawaiian Blog Hop. Some of you may have come to me through Alison's Blog
and some of you may have come to me through Lisa's Blog
Welcome to you and thank you for hopping on over.
Without any Hawaii themed stamp sets or accessories, this was a tough one.
Here is my card for today's hop.

I embossed the flowers and leaves in White embossing powder and sponged the Wild wasabi and Strawberry slush over the images using the emboss resist technique. Then I sponged the rest in Coastal Cabana. This could pass for a hawaiian themed birthday card.
If you would like to place an online order just visit my website
Next you will be hopping over to Lisa Curcio's blog just hit the next blog button below to go there.

The complete list of hoppers;

Chalkboard Birthday

I just created a project sheet for a group I am in for this card and I'd love to share it with all of you.
You all know that I don't create my own very often but for this group I have to create my own. I have been getting pretty inspired by this group and here is my April Submission.

I used the Petal Potpourri Stamp set and the new Colorbox Chalk Ink pads with the Chalkboard paper. I also used Remembering your Birthday Stamp set and Stippled Blossom stamp set.
Bermuda Bay ink and Ribbon.

Remember the retiring list comes out tomorrow morning, Be sure to check your email or check online at my website here

Thanks for stopping by tonight. Don't forget to come back we have another Blog hop coming up.

Mindy's Card from buffet

This card is made by Mindy for one of our Card buffets.
I love that she turned the wreath into an anniversary card. I love the elegance of the embossed background with the wreath.

I am not exactly sure what she used, I can guess by looking at it but I dont want to guess.
I will have her leave it in the comments for you.
Thanks Mindy for sharing.
