2nd make n take from meeting and my Thursday night party

This card was kind of fun to make. This was originally done by Tami white and she used Inspired by nature for a stamp. Since that one retired I used Serene Silhouettes. I love how it turned out. Not too bad for my first brayer card. I will be exploring with this technique. Tonight at the party Jess Shea had some great brayer cards. I will be experimenting with this. Come back for more tomorrow.
So, You already know, stamps are Serene Silhouettes, Inks are Daffodil Delight, Riding Hood Red, Soft Suede, Bravo Burgundy and Black Stazon ink. Black Stampin Write Marker. You also need burgundy, daffodil and white card stock along with a brayer and a sponge. Hope you like the card. Good Day to all.

Make n Take for my Downline Meeting

Its been a crazy busy week all ready and its only Tuesday, WOW. Just Realized that I dont have a post scheduled for tomorrow yet so I figured I better get one on her.
I  Had my downline meeting tonight and this was one of the make n takes that we did. I will post the other one Friday Morning because its the one for my party on Thursday and I dont want to share it until after the party. I found this one on Pinterest. LOVE THAT SITE. Although I wish I knew how to tag my own and put them on there. Especially when they are my own or my downline or customers own design.
For this card, we used the DayDream medallions and Perfect Pairs stamp set.
For Ink we used Garden Green. Card Stock is Cherry Cobbler, garden Green and whisper White.
We used the tulip embossing folder and the Floral Framelits with the Big shot.
we used a 1 3/4 circle punch to punch the center of the wreath and then punched a white circle to put on top of the bottom layer of the wreath because no punch would fit.
We used the Cherry Cobbler Dotted ribbon and some Rhinestones. Rhinestones are on sale for one more day. Be sure to look online at the online extravaganza. I am placing my order first thing in the morning because I wont be home till late and I dont want to miss out. The Clear blocks and the block caddy is also on sale. Email me right away if you want to order any of them.
Rubber Hugs.
Thanks for Stopping by.

This Card was made by one of my newest recruits, Jackie botala, She used Snowflake Soiree and embossed the images in Silver, I cant remember the dsp but the card stock is white and crumb cake. Seasons greetings came from the set: snow swirled. Raspberry Ripple Ribbon and Scallop punch. Thanks for coming back. Will see you tomorrow.

I am hoping to have time to sit and create today, My dad is currently in the Hospital so I'm headed there now and it will depend how he is doing. Today is Sunday but I'm posting this for Tuesday morning. I am rather enjoying the ability to schedule posts but I am forgetting that the posts wont happen on the same day so it might sound like I'm talking about the day at hand but I'm really not. LOL.

Here is another card made by Mindy Brown. She and I did a card buffet on Sunday together and this was one of her cards.
Here is what she has to say about it.

I had seen other cards using that snow much fun stamp set and other framelits, but nothing stuck out that I can remember. I wanted something fairly easy so I used what I had. Here's what I can think of that I used

Stamps: Snow Much Fun
Dies: Label collection framelits
Cardstock: cherry cobbler, gumball green
Paper: snow festival designer, red or silver glimmer paper
Ribbon: 3/8" stitched satin gumball green
Misc: festive paper-piercing pack, 1/2" circle punch, stazon black ink, watercolor pencils or markers

Thanks for Stopping by and I hope you like her card.

Card Creation

This card was made by one of my Downline, Mindy Brown. She made this for our most recent card buffet and I believe is making this for her swap for my next downline meeting. She used the Punch Pack from the holiday mini and created this card by punching the images out of the white and adhering them to the color to make it pop. She also used the adorning edgelits to style up the edge and added a sentiment. This is a great creation and a wonderful addition to our card buffet last Sunday.

Here are Mindy's comments regarding the card and where she got the idea.
The christmas cheer/merry minis card is something that I saw on splitcoaststampers. Her name is Andrea Borries - snippetbyandrea.blogspot.com/2012/07/clean-and-simple-christmas-cards.html. I did tweak it to use very vanilla & chocolate chip cardstock and then added the adorning accents edgelit & embossing folder plus satin seam binding once you asked me to make it more exciting. I also changed the colors to garden green, daffodil yellow and real red. And lastly, merry minis punches without the stamp set.

Thanks for checking in today. Come back again. I will be posting regularly.

A "Betty Creation"

First of all I want to say HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL OF YOU. I hope you enjoy your day.

Next, As most of you know, I do not always create my own cards, Well, once in awhile I get inspired to do so, This card is one of those Betty Creation Cards.
I saw this Die when it came out in the Holiday catalog and I thought of the potential. I put off buying it at first but finally I had this idea in my head and decided to purchase it. I used this card for my card buffet and since that I also used it at several of my workshops and everyone loved it so I thought I'd share it here.
Supplies used to make this card are as follows.....
Whisper White Card stock for the base, Brushed Gold card Stock for the layer which in embossed with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder, The snowflakes are cut out of Red glimmer and Silver glimmer using the Snow Flurry Bigz Die. There is a silver brad in the center of the snowflakes holding them together and they are dimensionaled to the embossed layer.
Lastly I used the More Merry Messages stamp set for the Merry Christmas and embossed it in Silver Embossing Powder.
Thanks and I hope you like it.
Hugs
