Hawaii Blog Hop

What an amazing vacation it was to be in Hawaii.
Thanks to all of my wonderful family, friends, customers and amazing down line I earned this trip and it was a trip of a lifetime that I took my grand kids on with me. We had so much fun. Thank you to everyone that helped me achieve this.
You may have come to me from Marelle's Blog
Now On to my project, I am supposed to post something inspired by my pillow gifts  for this blog hop.  I loved all of the gifts but this one was not a pillow gift but instead a gift that we received at the Hospitality room where we got to spin the wheel every day. This DSP they gave us, I couldn't find it anywhere in the new catalog I searched everywhere. No go.
Then I asked on our group page and found out that it was in fact dsp from the neutrals dsp paper stack. Its lovely paper but you wouldn't know it was in there if you didn't get it. So, here is the card that I created with it.
I used the new Stamp set called You've Got this. Silver Embossing Powder with Versamark and of course heated it with our heat tool.
I stamped the words with Memento Ink and punched with the deco label punch and also the black pieced that I sectioned behind the white one. The DSP is silver and there is also some gold ones in the pack as well. We got them both as a sample to see what it looks like. Thank you Stampin' Up! for giving that to us. I love it. Wish we could get more than 2 sheets of each though. :(
And now on to the next blog and of course if you need to go to the previous blog, you can select them both by clicking on the buttons below.
Thanks for stopping by.

Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop

Welcome to our Hawaiian Blog Hop. Some of you may have come to me through Alison's Blog
and some of you may have come to me through Lisa's Blog
Welcome to you and thank you for hopping on over.
Without any Hawaii themed stamp sets or accessories, this was a tough one.
Here is my card for today's hop.

I embossed the flowers and leaves in White embossing powder and sponged the Wild wasabi and Strawberry slush over the images using the emboss resist technique. Then I sponged the rest in Coastal Cabana. This could pass for a hawaiian themed birthday card.
If you would like to place an online order just visit my website
Next you will be hopping over to Lisa Curcio's blog just hit the next blog button below to go there.

The complete list of hoppers;

This card is made by Mindy for one of our Card buffets.
I love that she turned the wreath into an anniversary card. I love the elegance of the embossed background with the wreath.

I am not exactly sure what she used, I can guess by looking at it but I dont want to guess.
I will have her leave it in the comments for you.
